These terms cover your use of Athra at athra.xyz. By creating an account you agree to them.
Athra helps you discover, understand and prioritise commercially relevant people and activity on X. It works from the business and target context you give it and from public data on X. Athra does not send messages, post, or take any action on your X account.
Athra shows you people worth contacting and the evidence behind each one. It does not write or send messages. You decide whether to contact anyone, you write and send it yourself from your own account, and you are responsible for what you send.
You can use Athra from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any other app that supports MCP. You connect an app by approving it on an Athra page, or by creating an access key in your dashboard. A connected app can search and save leads to your account using your credits, and can see your account balance. It cannot post, send messages, or change your settings. You can disconnect any app at any time from your dashboard, and it stops working immediately.
What your AI app does with the results is covered by that app's own terms, not ours.
A new account starts with 100 free leads (credits). One lead is used for each new strong match Athra delivers to you. Weaker matches, people you have already been shown, and searches that fail cost you nothing. When your credits run out, new searches pause; everything you have already found stays yours to read and export.
You can buy more credits in one-time packs. The price is shown before you pay, and there is no subscription. Payments are processed by Whop, and Whop's terms apply to the payment itself. Purchased credits do not expire.
If you have not used any credits from a pack, email us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund it in full. Credits you have already used are not refundable.
We may suspend an account that does any of these.
Athra is early and provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using it. Nothing here is a promise of income.
You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms.
If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and update the date above.
